STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
For Easter cake in a bread machine: warm milk, combine with softened butter, an egg and place in a bucket of a bread machine. Next, add the sifted flour, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, yeast and spices. We turn on the “Basic” mode, the crust is light, weight is 750 g. After the beep, add chopped dried apricots, raisins. We cool the finished cake on a wire rack, laying it sideways. Decorate with icing, coconut flakes, candied fruits and other decorations.
For Easter cakes in the oven, we also prepare the dough in the bread machine on the “Dough” mode: mix all the ingredients in a warm form in the same sequence and wait for the end of the program. You can simply knead the dough in any mode or manually, and leave for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place (you can in a bucket of a bread machine). The dough is very soft and fluffy!
We lay out the finished dough in molds. Today I have paper forms of different sizes, which we pre-lubricate with oil from the inside. We lay the dough to half the form or slightly higher. In the same way, we put the dough in egg shells. We do the proofing for 20 minutes and send it to the oven preheated to 180 * C for 35-40 minutes.
Ready Easter cakes are decorated with decorations and a holiday.
